Terms of Service
Blueprint Workforce LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, doing business as Caliber OS ("Caliber," "we," "us")
Effective date: September 7, 2026
These terms govern your use of caliberos.ai and of the Caliber OS service. By checking out, creating an account, or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of the business you represent. These terms are published pending review by counsel; counsel's edits will be published as a new version with a new effective date.
Who we are, and who you are
Caliber OS is operated by Blueprint Workforce LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. Caliber OS is a service for businesses. "You" means the business that subscribes and the people it allows to use the service; the person who checks out or creates the account confirms they have the authority to bind that business.
The managed model
Caliber hosts, updates, monitors and supports the system. You operate your business with it. The system works from your own records and from the connections you authorize; it does not replace your judgment about your customers, your pricing, or your people. We may improve or change features over time, and we tell you before we remove a capability you rely on.
Owner approval for risky actions
Routine and reversible work runs on its own. Actions that spend money, send messages to many people at once, touch payments or refunds, or change what you charge wait for approval from an owner or from a person the owner designates. Approvals are recorded. You are responsible for the actions you approve and for deciding who on your team may approve them.
Subscription, billing and cancellation
- The tiers and prices are the ones shown on the pricing page when you check out. Prices exclude any applicable taxes.
- Card on the monthly anniversary. No setup fee. First month at checkout.
- No minimum term. Cancel anytime; access runs to the end of the paid month. There are no partial-month refunds; the refund policy says the rest, including the one case where the first month is refunded in full.
- To cancel, email support@caliberos.ai from the email address on your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month, and you are not charged again.
- If a charge fails, we may pause access until it clears. If a price changes, we tell you first, and the change applies from your next monthly anniversary after that notice.
Your account, your data, and the connections you authorize
Keep your account information accurate and your logins to yourself. You own your business data. You give us the permission we need to store and process it in order to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy. When you connect a tool, such as your field-service software, phone and messaging provider, Google accounts, or accounting software, you confirm you are allowed to grant that access, and you can revoke it at any time. We treat your data as confidential and use it only to deliver the service.
Messages the system sends on your behalf
When the system texts or emails your customers, it does so in your name. You are responsible for having the consent the law and the carriers require before a message is sent, including under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the CAN-SPAM Act, and the messaging rules of the carriers; for honoring opt-outs; and for the content you approve. Caliber records approvals and cannot obtain consent on your behalf.
AI-generated output
The service uses AI to answer calls and chats, draft messages, and prepare reports and briefs. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Review it before relying on it, especially anything that affects pricing, safety, legal obligations, or money. Nothing the service produces is legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. We do not guarantee any particular business result.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and only for the business named on the account.
- Do not send, or approve the sending of, messages to people who have not consented to receive them.
- Do not probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the service, and do not share your access outside your business.
- Do not upload data you have no right to share, and do not use the service's output to mislead your customers.
Third-party services
The tools you connect are provided by their own vendors under their own terms, and the service depends on them being available. We are not responsible for their outages, their changes, or their fees. Their names and marks belong to their owners.
Intellectual property
Caliber owns the service, its software, and its design. During your subscription you have a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your business. You own your data and the content the service produces about your business. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data; and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination
You can cancel at any time as described above. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if a charge remains unpaid, or if continuing would create a legal risk or harm to others; we give notice where it is practical to do so. When the subscription ends, access ends, and on request we return or delete your data as the privacy policy describes. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as ownership, liability, and governing law, survive.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that we cannot resolve informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and both of us consent to their jurisdiction. Before starting a claim, write to support@caliberos.ai so we can try to resolve it first.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Each version carries its effective date. If a change is material, we notify the email address on your account before it applies. Using the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
