Privacy Policy

Caliber OS ("Caliber," "we," "us")

Effective date: September 7, 2026

This policy describes what information Caliber collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to caliberos.ai, to our internal reporting tools, and to services we provide to our clients. Caliber OS is the trade name of Blueprint Workforce LLC, an Arizona limited liability company.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you contact us, request a consultation, or become a client, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the details of your request.

Website usage. Our website collects standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL, through server logs and through Google Analytics as described below. We do not sell this information.

The sales chat on this site. The chat is answered by an AI sales agent, and the widget says so before you type: "You are talking with Caliber's AI sales agent. Conversations are recorded to improve answers." We keep the messages you send, the answers you receive, and a conversation identifier that your browser holds for the session (see the cookie policy). If you give the chat contact details, for example to have something emailed to you, we keep those too.

Client business data. When a client engages us, they may share business records with us, such as invoices, job data, pricing, and marketing performance data, so that we can produce operating reports. This data is used only to deliver the services that client has engaged us for.

Analytics and your choices

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and how visitors arrive. It runs under Google's Consent Mode. Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization are denied everywhere. Analytics storage is allowed by default for visitors outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and denied by default inside them until you choose.

You can allow analytics or turn it off at any time from the Privacy choices link in the footer of every page; the choice is kept in your browser. When analytics storage is off, Google Analytics sets no cookies on this site, although Google may still receive cookieless, non-identifying pings. The cookie policy lists every cookie and storage key this site uses.

Google user data

Some of our reporting services use Google APIs, including the Google Ads API and Google Business Profile, when a client has granted our Google account access to their accounts.

  • We access Google Ads and Local Services Ads data in read-only form: campaign performance, search terms, ad schedule and location performance, and Local Services lead records.
  • We use this data solely to produce marketing and financial reports for the client whose account the data came from.
  • We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to third parties except as needed to deliver the client's report, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice.
  • We do not use Google user data to build or train generalized AI or machine learning models.
  • Access ends when the client removes our account from their Google Ads or Business Profile account.

Caliber's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, deliver and improve our services, improve the answers the sales agent gives, produce client reports, communicate with clients, and meet legal obligations.

Email follow-ups

If you ask the chat or a worksheet form to email you something, we send that item and a short follow-up from a Caliber address. You can stop follow-up emails at any time by using the unsubscribe instructions in the email or by writing to support@caliberos.ai. Messages about an active account, such as billing, security, and changes to these policies, are sent regardless, because the account needs them.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, hosting, email, analytics, and payment providers) under confidentiality obligations; with a client, about their own account; when required by law; or with your consent. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Data retention and security

We keep client data for the duration of the engagement and delete or return it at the end of the engagement or on request, except where retention is required by law. Sales-chat transcripts are kept while they are useful for improving the agent's answers and for any follow-up you asked for, and are deleted on request. Credentials that grant access to client systems are stored in secured, access-controlled locations and are never shared with third parties. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or revoke any access you have granted us, by writing to support@caliberos.ai. Analytics can be allowed or turned off from the Privacy choices link in the footer. Clients can revoke our access to their Google accounts at any time from within those accounts.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
