Refund Policy

Caliber OS ("Caliber," "we," "us")

Effective date: September 7, 2026

Caliber OS is a monthly subscription with no setup fee and no minimum term. This policy says what happens to your money when you cancel, and the one case where the first month comes back in full.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel at any time. Access runs to the end of the paid month, and you are not charged again. To cancel, email support@caliberos.ai from the email address on your account; we confirm the cancellation and the date your access ends.

No partial-month refunds

Each month is billed on your monthly anniversary, and the first month is charged at checkout. When you cancel, the month you have already paid for is not refunded in part; you keep access until it ends.

The one full refund: your stack cannot be connected

Caliber OS runs on the software you already use, and the connections are confirmed at onboarding. If, during onboarding, your stack cannot be connected, because your field-service software, phone system, or the other tools the service needs are ones we cannot connect to, we refund the first month in full and close the account.

How a refund is paid

A refund goes back to the card that paid, through our payment processor. How long it takes to appear after that depends on your card issuer.
